About These Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the CustomDashboards mobile application and the customdashboards.us website (together, the "Service"), published by CustomApps LLC.

By downloading, installing, or using CustomDashboards, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

The App

CustomDashboards is a free mobile application that lets you create dashboard mockups for 13 platforms - including Shopify, Stripe, YouTube, TikTok Shop, Amazon, Etsy, PayPal, Cash App, Kick, Twitch, Spotify, Stan Store, and Creator - and simulate them as interactive, on-screen dashboards. Key facts:

  • Free to download and use -no subscriptions, no in-app purchases
  • No accounts or sign-ups required
  • Runs entirely on your device with no network requests
  • Available on iOS (App Store) and Android (Google Play)

License

CustomApps LLC grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download and use the CustomDashboards app for personal and commercial purposes, subject to these Terms.

You may not:

  • Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the app
  • Copy, modify, or create derivative works of the app
  • Redistribute, sublicense, or sell the app
  • Remove or alter any proprietary notices in the app

The app, its design, code, and content are the intellectual property of CustomApps LLC and are protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws.

Acceptable Use

You may use CustomDashboards for creating dashboard screenshots for purposes including but not limited to:

  • Content creation and social media
  • Marketing materials and pitch decks
  • Portfolios and design mockups
  • Educational and demonstration purposes

You agree not to use CustomDashboards for:

  • Creating screenshots intended to defraud or mislead others about real financial data
  • Impersonating real businesses or individuals with intent to deceive
  • Any activity that violates applicable local, state, national, or international law

Disclaimer

CustomDashboards generates mock and fictional dashboard data for creative and demonstration purposes. Screenshots created with the app:

  • Are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or representative of Shopify, Stripe, YouTube/Google, TikTok/ByteDance, Amazon, Etsy, PayPal, Block (Cash App), Kick, Twitch/Amazon, Spotify, Stan Store, or any other company
  • Do not represent real sales data, revenue, or business metrics unless you enter your own real data
  • Are your responsibility -you are solely responsible for how you use the screenshots you create

No Warranty

The Service is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

CustomApps LLC does not warrant that the app will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free of harmful components.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, CustomApps LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, arising from your use of the Service.

In no event shall CustomApps LLC's total liability exceed the amount you paid for the app, which is zero dollars ($0.00).

Changes to These Terms

CustomApps LLC may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
